Refund and Returns Policy
At BuyLuwakCoffee.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the finest quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Please contact our customer support team at barista@buyluwakcoffee.com before returning any products to ensure a smooth return process.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, the refund may take 5-10 business days to process.
Refunds will only be issued for unopened and undamaged products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at barista@buyluwakcoffee.com with details and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to either replace the product or offer a full refund.
4. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items
- Opened coffee bags or packages
